Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Inward app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Inward Is

Inward is a personal growth and self-reflection application. It uses birth-date personality mapping to surface behavioural patterns and provides a structured daily practice for self-awareness and personal development.

Inward is not a medical device, mental health service, therapy tool, prediction service, or fortune-telling application. Nothing in the App constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. The content generated by Inward is for personal reflection and growth purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Inward. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@inward-app.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Inward+ Personal Subscription

Inward+ is available as a monthly subscription ($12.99/month) or annual subscription ($59.99/year). Annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. A lifetime access option ($149) may be available for a limited time.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Compatibility Unlock

Compatibility Unlock is a one-time purchase ($14.99) that unlocks the full Compatibility practice for a specific pair of users. This purchase is non-refundable once the content has been generated.

Free Trial

The 7-day free trial is available on the annual subscription only, for new subscribers only. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the annual subscription price.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's payment terms apply.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, pattern names, prayers, affirmations, and AI-generated content — is the property of Kairose Human Destiny Venture LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Your personal pattern data and reflection entries remain yours. You grant Inward a limited licence to use this data solely to provide the service to you.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Inward's AI system is created algorithmically based on your Pattern Profile. It is not authored by a human practitioner or therapist. It is provided for personal reflection purposes only. Inward makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairose Human Destiny Venture LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings screen in the App or by contacting support@inward-app.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
